اثر کودهای تلفیقی و محلول‌پاشی کلات آهن بر عملکرد کمی گل‌محمدی

چکیده

با توجه به نقش تغذیه در کمیت و کیفیت محصول گل محمدی، آزمایشی در سال 1390 در مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگل‌ها و مراتع کشور به صورت کرت‌های خرد شده بر پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. عامل اصلی مصرف کودهای تلفیقی در پنج سطح (1: شاهد بدون کوددهی، 2: نیتروژن 40، فسفر 40 و پتاسیم 0 کیلوگرم به‌همراه 15 تن در هکتار کود دامی در هکتار، 3: نیتروژن 40، فسفر40 و پتاسیم 40 کیلوگرمبه‌همراه 15 تن کود دامی در هکتار، 4: نیتروژن 80، فسفر 80 و پتاسیم 40 کیلوگرم به‌همراه 30 تن کود دامی در هکتار و 5: نیتروژن 120، فسفر 120 و پتاسیم 80 کیلوگرم به‌همراه 40 تن کود دامی در هکتار)و عامل فرعی محلول‌پاشی با کلات آهن در چهار سطح به صورت 1، 2 و 3 بار و بدون محلول‌پاشی بود. اثر کودهای تلفیقی و محلول‌پاشی کلات‌آهن بر تمام صفات اندازه‌گیری شده در سطح احتمال 1% معنی‌دار بود. تیمار کودی نیتروژن 80، فسفر 80 و پتاسیم 40 کیلوگرم به‌همراه 30 تن کود دامی در هکتارتولید بیش‌ترین تعداد گل در بوته و در هکتار را در پی داشت. به لحاظ آماری بین تعداد محلول‌پاشی‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت و هر سه سطح محلول‌پاشی نسبت به تیمار شاهد عملکرد گل بالاتر و معنی‌داری نشان داد. اثر متقابل تیمار کودی نیتروژن 80، فسفر 80 و پتاسیم 40 کیلوگرم به‌همراه 30 تن کود دامی در هکتاربا دو بار محلول‌پاشی بیش‌ترین درصد اسانس را داشت. مصرف همزمان کودهای شیمیایی، دامی و محلول‌پاشی ریزمغذی‌ها باعث افزایش عملکرد شد. بنابراین با این ترکیبات کودی می‌توان کاهش کمیت و کیفیت محصول در نیمه دوم گلدهی را جبران نمود.

Effect of combined fertilizers and iron chelate foliar on quantity yield of Rosa damascena

چکیده [English]

According to the nutrition role in product quality and quantity of Rosa damascena, in order to determine appropriate amounts and new consumption methods (foliar spray), this project was conducted in Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands, as split plot with three replications during 2011. Main plot consisted of combined fertilizer at 5 levels (1: N0, P0 & K0kg/ha + manure 0ton/ha, 2: N40, P40 & K0kg/ha + manure 15ton/ha, 3: N40, P40 & K40kg/ha + manure 15ton/ha, 4: N80, P80 & K40kg/ha + manure 30ton/ha & 5: N120, P120 & K80kg/ha + manure 40ton/ha) and sub plot were foliar spray of iron chelate at four levels (0, 1, 2 & 3 times). The analysis of variance showed that the effect of main and sub factor were significantly different for all of measured traits (α≤0.01). According to results, the highest flower number per bush (3937.8n/plant) and hectare (4374840n/ha) belonged to fertilizer treatment 4. There was no significant difference between foliar spray numbers but each of them had higher flower yield per bush and hectare than control treatment (free foliar spray). Interaction effect of fertilizer treatment 4 in 2 foliar spray showed the highest oil percent with 0.0658%. The highest oil yield (3965.8g/ha) observed in treatment 4 in 3 foliar spray. Based on these results, simultaneous use of chemical fertilizer (NPK), manure and foliar spray of microelements increased yield. So, this fertilizer compound could be compensated the problem of reducing quality and quantity of product in the second half of flowering period.
