تأثیر فواصل ردیف کاشت بر عملکرد و برخی صفات مورفولوژیک دو لاین ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای (Vicia villosa)

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت گیاه ماشک گل خوشه‎ای در تغذیه دام، کشت در اراضی کم بازده، مقاومت به سرما و خشکی و هم‎چنین نقشی در حاصل‎خیزی خاک دارد، این آزمایش در سال 1386 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی دیم کشور واقع در 25 کیلومتری جاده مراغه- هشترود اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‎های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اول دولاین v.d (2440) و v.d (2446) و عامل دوم چهار فاصله ردیف کاشت، (5/17، 20، 5/22 و 25 سانتی‌متر) بودند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که فاصله ردیف 5/17 سانتی متر دارای بیشترین وزن خشک کل و عملکرد دانه بود. هم‎چنین فاصله ردیف 5/22 سانتی‌متر بیشترین درصد پوشش سبز را داشت. زیست توده خشک و زیست توده تر در مرحله‌ گل‎دهی در فاصله ردیف 20 سانتی‌متری بیشتر از فاصله ردیف 25 سانتی‌متر بود و با دیگر فواصل ردیف کاشت اختلافی نشان نداد. وزن هزاردانه در فاصله ردیف 25 سانتی‌متر بیشتر از بقیه ردیف‎ها بود اما از نظر آماری فقط با فاصله ردیف 5/22 سانتی‌متر اختلاف معنی‌دار داشت. دولاین‌ در هیچ‌یک از صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی‌داری با یکدیگر نداشتند. نتایج به‎دست آمده مشخص می‌کند که به منظور تولید علوفه‌ تر و خشک جهت مصرف دام در مرحله گل‎دهی، فاصله 20 ‌سانتی‌متر مناسب تر از بقیه فواصل کاشت بوده است.

چکیده [English]

SinceVicia villosa is an important forage crop among forage plants in terms of cattle feeding, planting possibility in weak lands, resistance to cold, drought and grazing, as well as its role in soil fertility, an experiment was conducted as factorial based on a randomized complete block design with three replications in Iranian Dryland Agricultural Research Station in maraghehat 2007. Factors included two lines: A1v.d (2440) and A2v.d (2446), four row distances: B1 (17.5 cm), B2 (20 cm), B3 (22.5 cm) and B4 (25 cm). The results showed that 17.5 cm row distance caused the highest total dry matter weight and total seeds weight. Row distance of 22.5 cm led to the highest vegetation percent age that had significant difference with lower row distances. Fresh and dry biomass at flowering stage for 25 cm row distance were greater that 25 cm row distance, but it had no significant difference with other row distances. The greatest 1000 seeds weight was observed in 25 cm row distance, but it was only significantly different with 22.5cm row distance. Two lines had no differences in respect of all studied characteristics. Based on the results, 20 cm was considered as the best row distance to produce reliable forge at flowering stage.
