تأثیر زئولیت در جیرة حاوی آفلاتوکسین بر عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

در این تحقیق به منظور مطالعة اثر زئولیت طبیعی (کلینوپتیلولیت) بر کاهش اثرات آفلاتوکسین در رشد و عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با استفاده از 3 سطح کلینوپتیلولیت (0، 3 و 5 درصد جیره) و 3 سطح آفلاتوکسین (0، 1 و 2 قسمت در میلیون) انجام گرفت. طول دورة آزمایش 49 روز بود که طی آن مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن روزانه، ضریب تبدیل و درصد تلفات اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین میانگین وزن زنده، وزن لاشه و افزایش وزن روزانه مربوط به جیرة 7 (سطح 0 آفلاتوکسین و 5 درصد زئولیت) و کمترین مقدار صفات مذکور مربوط به جیرة 3 (سطح 2 قسمت در میلیون آفلاتوکسین و صفر درصد زئولیت) بود. در مورد وزن کبد، ضریب تبدیل و درصد تلفات بالاترین مقدار مربوط به جیرة 3 و کمترین مقدار مربوط به جیرة 7 بود. بیشترین مقدار مصرف خوراک روزانه مربوط به جیرة 4 (سطح صفر آفلاتوکسین و 3 درصد زئولیت) و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به جیرة 3 بود. در کل نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که وجود آفلاتوکسین در سطوح بالاتر از 1 قسمت در میلیون در جیرة جوجه‌های گوشتی منجر به کاهش عملکرد و ضریب تبدیل آنها خواهد شد. استفاده از کلینوپتیلولیت در جیره می‌تواند اثرات زیان‌آور آفلاتوکسین را کاهش دهد و در شرایط این آزمایش سطح 5 درصد آن نتایج بهتری را از خود نشان داد.

In order to study of effects of clinoptilolite on broilers performance with diet contain aflatoxin, an experiment carried out as factorial (completely randomizd desing) with three levels of clinoptilolite(0, 3 and 5%) and three levels of aflatoxin(0,1 and 2ppm). The result showed that the live weight , carcass weight and daily weight gain was higest (1583, 2215 and 53.8 respectivley)  for broilers fed ration 7 (contain 5 percentage clinoptilolite and 0 ppm aflatoxin) and were lowest for ration 3 contain 0% clinoptilolite and 2 ppm aflatoxin (1533, 2215 and 37.25 respectivley).The liver weight, feed conversion ration and mortality percentage were higer for ration 3 (45.8 gr, 2.23 and 15.9% respectivley) and were lower for ration 7 (40.08 gr, 1.78 and 6.85% respectivley) than the other ration. The highest feed intake related to diet 4 contain three percentage clinoptilolite and 0 ppm Aflatoxin (96.65gr) and the lowest feed intake related to diet 3 (84.7gr). In general the results showed that aflatoxin in level of higher than 1ppm resulted in reducing of broiler performance and incrasing feed conversion ratio. The used of clinoptilolite in diet can reduce effects of aflatoxin and in condition of this experiment the level of 5% clinoptilolite was better.
