بررسی اثر تنظیم ‏کننده‎های رشد گیاهی بر صفات مورفولوژیکی و اسانس گل نرگس (Narcissus tazetta L.)

چکیده

   گل نرگس (Narcissus tazetta L.) نه تنها به‎عنوان گل بریده و گیاه زینتی شناخته می‎شود، بلکه ارزش بالایی در صنعت عطر سازی دارد. در این آزمایش تأثیر چهار نوع تنظیم‎کننده رشد گیاهی  شامل اسیدجیبرلیک (100 پی پی ام) ، بنزیل‎آدنین (500 پی پی ام)، اسید ایندول بوتیریک (200 پی پی ام) و سایکوسل (800 پی پی ام ) رویصفاتمورفولوژیکیو اسانس نرگس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تنظیم‏کننده‎های رشد در دو مرحله مجزا روی پیازها و بخش‎های هوایی  در مرحله ظهور گل آذین محلول پاشی شدند. اسانس گل‎های تازه باز شده  نرگس با استفاده از روش استخراج حلال به‎دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای اسیدجیبرلیک و بنزیل‎آدنین سبب افزایش معنی‎دار طول ساقه گل دهنده، قطر گل، تعداد گل در گل آذین و سبب تسریع در گل‎دهی گردیدند.  اسید ایندول بوتیریک نیز طول ساقه گل دهنده را افزایش داد، اما سایکوسل سبب کاهش معنی‎دار طول ساقه گل دهنده شدند. تیمارهای  بنزیل‎آدنین و اسید ایندول بوتیریک سبب افزایش معنی‎دار مقدار اسانس شدند. سایکوسل تأثیری در میزان اسانس نداشت، اما جیبرلین سبب کاهش معنی‎دار مقدار اسانس گردید.

چکیده [English]

Daffodil (Narcissus tazetta) not only is known as a cut flower and ornamental plant, but also has high advantages in perfume industry. Effect of four kinds of plant growth regulators including gibberelic acid (GA3) 100 ppm, banzyladenine (BA) 500 ppm, indole butyric acid (IBA) 200 ppm and Cycocel CCC 800 ppm) onmorphological traits and essential oil of daffodil were investigated. Plant growth regulators were sprayed at two stages including bulbs and foliage parts atinflorescence. The essential oil of fresh flowers was extacted using solvent extraction method. The results showed that GA3 and BA treatments had significant effects on increasing stem length, flower diameter and number of flowers in each inflorescence and also accelerated flowering. IBA application elongated flowering stem length but CCC decreased stem length. BA and IBA applications caused significant increase in essential oil, CCC had no effect on that, but GA3 decreased its quantity.
